Make and decorate a cloth doll used to spark a romance, find a solution to a difficult problem, mend a conflict, find justice, accumulate wealth or to heal disease. Set your intention with a few positive affirmations. As you reflect on these ideas, embellish the surface with paint, fabric, beads, thread, yarn, ribbons, buttons and charms. To give your doll dimension, fill with stuffing and for a fun aromatic filling, add dried herbs; rose petals, lavender, for love; basil, sage, or cedar chips for protection; chamomile, eucalyptus, or mint for healing; and bay leaf, cinnamon, or nutmeg for prosperity.
